Our Directors
Our directors, Tamas and Attila, have both had successful corporate careers, with fifty years of leadership experience between them spanning multiple countries and industries. They bring complementary skill sets and enthusiasms to Recast Property. Attila brings advanced leadership skills from running organisations with up to 4000 staff and close to £1 billion net turnover. Tamas has led global and national transformation projects in roles involving marketing, innovation and supply chains. Both have filled a wide range of national, regional and global roles in several countries, giving them a broad and detailed knowledge of finance, marketing and business.
Attila Kundrak
Director
Attila gained extensive leadership experience in Europe and the Middle East in General Manager (CEO) as well as in strategic headquarter roles for British American Tobacco. He was delivering consistent growth in difficult but very high-value markets and often under intense pressure. He led companies with several factories and organisations with headcounts of up to 4000 and turnover approaching £1 billion. He gained experience in negotiating complex and sensitive deals with governments, powerful suppliers and distributors. Businesses under his leadership won several internal and external recognition from Best Contribution to the Group Results to Top 10 Employer awards.
He wishes to use his trademark skills such as optimism, responsibility and problem-solving in the world of property development, an area that has been close to his heart for a long time. Joining Tamas and Recast Property creates an excellent opportunity for them both to bring new opportunities for the company, its investors and its business partners.

Tamas Rigo
Director
Tamas has been building and renovating properties part-time for 20 years. In late 2020 he launched himself as a full-time property developer. He repurposed the skills he had acquired in diverse and demanding corporate leadership positions in the UK, Hungary, Germany and Russia on projects and marketing strategies for multi-billion pound global brands. BAT, his company for 21 years, trusted him to lead several transformational programmes including the implementation of Global Sales and Operational Planning for over 180 operating companies around the world. For the Management Board he covered planning and business case management for hundreds of millions of capital expenditure across five continents between 2010 and 2013. His team was responsible for developing all the FMC innovations the company deployed on its largest brands across the world from 2014 to 2020.
He is now using his analytical skills, integrative approach and passion for property to create lucrative deals for investors and to lead teams successfully through the acquisition, planning, building and sale of the properties Recast will bring into existence.
