Adam has worked in the finance industry since 1989 and joins The Property Finance Collective team with a wealth of experience and knowledge. Prior to joining The Property Finance Collective, Adam worked for a number of lenders and set up a brokerage which he ran for over 10 years, working with other brokers and advisors in arranging specialist finance for their clients. Adam’s objective at The Property Finance Collective is to support all of our developers and investors to the best of our ability, and ensure our clients have the correct financing in place for their deals.

Michael Primrose

Michael Primrose is the Owner of The Property Finance Collective, a Commercial Finance Brokerage specialising in Development Finance, Bridging loans and Commercial Mortgages (HMOs/SA/Portfolios, Semi-commercial and Commercial Property and LTD co BTLs). Michael has a passion for creative finance and the ability to structure deals for Finance. Michael first got into property at the age of 18 when he got into Conveyancing straight out of school. He then went into Estate Agency, back into Conveyancing and I then got into brokering at the age of 22. At the age of 24, Michael set up The Property Finance Guy and became the youngest owner of a Commercial Finance Brokerage in the Country, and alongside this, also has a successful Training Company, educating Investor and Developers on how to raise finance, and a successful Podcast.

Simon founded 978 Bridging after a decade in property having worked in property lettings & management, trading and refurbishment. Having built up a solid reputation and a great network Simon was taken down a different path briefly whilst asked to raise some money for a private healthcare facility, some green energy projects and a lending business. In the process of seeking alternative financiers with an appetite for non-property related investment he grew an exceptionally diverse panel of lenders allowing to create one of the most versatile brokerages in the UK. 978 Bridging prides itself on getting the job done, no matter the circumstances. Being a heavily relationship led business they pride themselves on results and repeat business, often completing deals whether others failed and regularly building long term partnerships with investors and developers. Specialising in bridging and development finance the company also assists with commercial mortgages and buy-to-let for their loyal and growing client base.

HGI are commercial insurance specialists in Hampshire with over 25 years’ experience in meeting the insurance needs of commercial enterprises, from small entrepreneurs to multi-million pound organisations.

The practice provides a range of planning related services to clients including the preparation, submission and negotiation of planning applications. Jayne and Karen work closely as a team maximising their respective strengths.
