Recast Property - Search Criteria 
We are looking for land and offices (or mixed) commercial to residential development opportunities:
1: LOCATION: South-East, within (or close to) a Residential Area and within maximum 15 minutes drive from a mainline train station.
2: ASKING PRICE: £400,000 - £1,200,000
3: SIZE: Suitable to develop 5-20 dwellings
4: PLANNING: If there is no planning consent or Prior Approval, then we will provide a "subject to planning" offer and option agreement (i.e. we will commit to buying your property within a fixed period of time for the price agreed with you).
